Was it premeditation which brought you to the cross? Why can’t I believe in Your supernatural cost? All I see is pain without Cosmic love Cruel blood sacrifice(s) to God(s) Self-destruction and annihilation I look to the heavens Christ you chose to die That’s something close to suicide If you are the Great Physician You are complacent to death To please a Father of mythology The sun ascends to the apex Walking away from the Son Will you come around When I’m faithless? I'm dying Facing the dust Refusing to pray Leaving the living Can’t face the last day Fairytales and dreams Will I see You again When I’m dead?... |
