On a sunny day you can see a kite drifting on the great blue horizon. Free from the cares of the world. The kite's thoughts race as the wind blows. It tugs gently on the string that keeps it grounded. Its tail offers some stability. Suddenly from nowhere, the wind gusts from an unknown direction. The kite breaks free and drifts out of control. It swings and tumbles, all the while trying to regain it's composure. On the ground far below lies a shattered upside down mirror. The wind ends as suddenly as it began. The kite crashes. Broken. No longer afloat. The end of it's manic episode.... |
