The Sadness and Euphorias Question marks inside enigmas Visions of deserts and utopias Thoughts nothing can quell The beating of ocean swell Gunpowder's smell Clear blue skies of spring Flowers blooming Bird's chirping Altruism's dying grenade Is this price to be paid For freedom's crusade Children's joy for tomorrow Blissfully unaware of sorrow Parents sacrifice and borrow Has the whole world gone crazy Or is it just me? ... |
