I'm feeling very sad tonight I know my future's looking bright And things are going to go all right, But I am just feeling so uptight. I badly want to sit and cry, But even though I really try Tears just forsake my eye And my rosy cheeks, they stay dry. Shoulders sagging, spirits low, It's really not a very good show, Despite my life's promising glow, These unhappy thoughts just grow. Come tomorrow when I am out of bed, These thoughts, they may have fled, And this sad mood I may have shed, To be replaced by happiness instead. I hope... ... |
