As I look at days gone by I see my life in a different light I no longer feel used or abused but I am a little confused I look and look for people who understand but run into walls that will never stand Sometimes I see myself as a survivor In the past I was a victim but now I'll never ever let them put me down or convict me I'm strong even though I've been wronged I embrace life with open arms I'll continue on as long as I'm strong With satisfaction it won't be long... |
