Some think you're fine all the time Sometimes you believe it yourself Dinner with friends Time with your kids Distraction - the essence of joy. Live alone if you're bipolar A partner will crack Two lives in tatters Bipolar is the fearful apprehension Of a mood you can never predict For a partner the very same sentence - Constant longing for an impossible peace. For you the high is brief heaven For a partner a chasm, a collapse. One irrevocable undoing is enough.... |
