Do we walk on eggshells in rusted mind? This has captured you; tied you in razors, cut your sanity into fractions. A war unheard of, drags logic across thin glass; be careful we may break. Listen to what they say, no harm, no malice; I will wrap you in soft touches. Cry with me now. My soldier he runs, fast into darkness; recovery unheard of, he sees comfort in his pain. Familiar voice calls him; No way out, he begs for liberation, there is nothing there, there was nothing everywhere. Lost inside a blank palette you ask for aid in your creation. “ I need you” a whisper so faint begging. Give me your hand, I will lead you. Trust, understand, I have never wanted anything else; my door damaged with rash decisions and hurt, is cracked slightly and the light waits for you. Peer in, and I will give you what you need.
