Planes, birds, clouds, Oh how they soar so high. And if you catch me on an off day, You'd realise so do I. Yeah! I take tablets, For my disease But most times the Bipolar does whatever it pleases When I'm high in my world it's so hard to come down And when I'm like that people don't want me around They say they can't take it but, hey, neither can I. Who wants to be dangerously low Or even intoxicatingly high? That's the trouble with Bipolar and it's symptoms that swing Sometimes people tell you you did stuff and you can't remember a thing When you're high you can do all regardless of the consequences And when you're perilously low you think to yourself suicide will end this So to those with a mental illness, I understand a little of how you feel But remember Satan is a liar, God's love for you is so real So hold on to Jesus, For He'll keep you now as He kept you then For He's not only your Saviour, But your dearest best friend.... |
