silver lining, silver lining is it you i see? my head is immersed in the clouds of your storm the lightning is flashing, the thunder is crashing, yet dense and dark silence surrounds this strange form. the flashing light dances, my pounding heart prances, my body still, my eyes dart from left to right, avoiding glances- no one can see, no one can know! they would not comprehend the ebb or the flow silver lining, silver lining, is your shape clarity? in this fleeting visit i am seeing me, i think. the pen is to paper to escape nonetheless, but yes! silver lining, I shall keep you in sight. my thoughts are like dusk or like twilight at this moment, but soon they will choose either day, or night.... |
