Hate flies around Flinging me down Peace is a word Not understood Beneath hatred's glare I fight and I tear My heart is no longer A thing that grows stronger It withers and dies Beneath hatred's eyes And no one will love me With these desperate sighs I cannot withstand Hate's painful brand I want peace and love From here as above So hopeless I go Through life's painful blows And no one can help me As helpless I go... |
