Felt so bad for so long. screaming voices. pain. darkness. external expression tangible articulation. transfixing. destroying. relief. addiction. destruction. focus on outer pain finding the calm drown out thoughts. a vicious cycle powerful. mesmerising in such darkness (smothering. despairing. overwhelming hopelessness) the only way. cut it away. building up. giving in. desparate. self hatred. weakness. confusion. my drug for the falls. For escape. Scars. guilt. i tried really, just never hard enough.... |
