They say the eyes are the window to the soul But you cannot see my eyes They are filled with tears The tears of sadness and pain The tears of loneliness The tears of depression The tears that have to stay hidden away all day The tears that beg to come out When someone asks how I am But those tears must stay far far away For they are the true windows to my soul And once you see them You see everything I have been through ... |
