There are colours but only grey, There are sounds but only silence, There are people but only ghosts, A soul in purgatory, Neither alive, neither dead, Neither lost, neither found, Neither here, neither there, A soul in purgatory, Inside the dust, Inside the cage, Inside the mind, A soul in purgatory, If only grey became colours, If only silence became deafening, If only ghosts became people, A soul would wander free, If only dead or alive, If only lost or found, If only here or there, A soul would wander free, Outside the dust, Outside the cage, Outside the mind, A soul would wander free.... |
