Engulfed by my own pain Surrounded by thoughts unnamed Trapped in my own skin Unable to let others in I cry without tears, Scared of my own fears. My thoughts frighten me, My inhibition stifles me. I can’t heal; I can’t breathe, I can’t feel; I can’t believe. My heart is suffocating; My body is aching. I can’t seem to find a way out Of this darkness and emotional drought.... |
