Keeping house is important. The good thoughts get folded neatly Into the drawers and the bad thoughts are Swept up and carried away, not under the rug You''ll still know they''re there and nothing will Ever really feel clean. The mania is tough to toss It made the place a lot brighter but the power bill Was through the roof and then the depression, Well that needed to be sorted into recycling bins And hopefully it''ll get remade into something More worthwhile, because you put too many feelings In to just toss that out. And if you''re lucky enough To do it all in such a timely fashion, you can make Room for love and never have to clean it all up Alone ever again.... |
