Poem: tinkering with thoughts
rain-dipped delusions
lemon drops drizzle upside down
colors drenched in shades of never before
edible clouds like dollops of whipped cream

wind whistling with a sobering wisdom
blowing faces in the wind
convalesced in the blue horizon
their memories unmasked
they smiled once didn''t they?

bitten into dust
left to dangle in my dreams
i garbed a gaping gown
hanging off my frail frame
in need of alterations

nothing ever fit
the world awashed
in whatever i imagined it to be
except for that ''one'' day
when He was here with me......
