Anxiety, I get close and you then have to hide from me, Sitting here and wondering if we''ll ever be, Happy, live the dreams and hopes that don''t seem likely, As I want them to be. Sadness, Sucks the sparkle out of any happiness, Overtakes me even though I try my best, Makes me want to be here less and less, Happy''s not for free. Wondering, What I did tonight that made you cross the line, If or when you''re coming home his time, What, to you, will ever make me be sublime, For your happiness. Loneliness, Don''t know how to deal with my heart''s distress, Your disappearance only leads to stress, Never knowing what will come of next, Waiting patiently. ... |
