Life as I see it, through my eyes Its hard I never did understand Anyway, here I am Years of struggling Believing this is just how it is I still don''t truly understand; I ask how come? Me as strange as I am different The racing thoughts the noise, if I could just get ahead A no-win situation, its a game no one can win People who care, I know they do Although I see it in their eyes, they have no idea I know I can''t expect them too The fight, the battle that never ends Those who experience it understand, others just don''t Then why should they have to? They are the lucky ones Those who have no idea What it''s like To live in a brain that only causes despair Its a race that I can''t win I know they want to help, they truly do I just don''t know how to let them in Scared as I am Scared as I am... |
