We dug a trench to stand our cause I had a war with everything that I''ve hunted All my enemies are hiding inside me The''re looking for my soul And it''s only breath Nothing outstanding, just like the wind in the trees Dance in my ephod, I''ll play David up the temple steps But I''d sooner be naked on TV There''s always utube If I had a cause I lost it a couple decades ago Came to Arizona to die, Hell is hot and I''m here Everything is old to be new Everyone lives alone together, anger on every corner It''s always just another sunny day Kids still come out to play I want a cold cloudy day Won''t even listen to the forecast Mental disease runs in my family We all ran away from each other Please come home Going to get a fishing pole Look for the ghost of my Dad I need to wake up my old love... |
