Title: The Four Corners Within
Author: Anonymous
Date Submitted: 6/15/2010

Poem: One being I am, an exotic twist of yin and yang.
I carry the twins of Gemini inside and I;
I am Bi-Polar, I am unique, I am one of a kind.

Like fire, wind, earth, and water; I struggle to maintain.
Four corners of power struggle to balance this imbalance.
Passion pours from all points and I see everything... a bit blurry.

Complex conceptions and perceptions I view and misconstrue;
Simplicity makes no sense to me, only with challenge comes peace.
To reach this peace means magnetizing the poles within me.

All four magnets pull with such strong force battling.
Blissful are the moments when they all come together;
Euphoria blooms and I can be beautiful when the puzzle fits.

This is the peace of which I speak yet it is an endangered species.
These magnets that exist in these Bi-Polar twins often resist.
Yin and yang make a backwards shape; they repel and the twins rebel.

I know this feeling well; a disastrous storm I often weather.
I get wild, yet I am not the Devil although smoke does rise;
Blue to gray my eyes change and I am a beautiful disaster!

When fire fights water, the earth trembles, and wind swirls the ash.
One being am I, an exotic twist; a unique breed of struggle within.
I resemble a backwards yin yang symbol; Gemini and Bi-Polar...

And I can be Trouble!...
