I''m yearning of days bygone Want to raise the dead Life has always been tragedy We know that we ultimately fade Leaving no shadow, as if we have never been Mostly filling our time with memory of yesterday Today''s truth is tomorrow''s lie Laced with muclear waste Thirst assuaged with water brought through PVC piping You''ve heard it all, blind eyes and deaf ears Read the rag newspaper with your ragged ears It doesn''t take divine revelation Turn the light on in the dark Nuclear power leaving radioactive waste Worship the sun not some cross on Calvary Your religion is as dead as soon to be planet Remember the fall of the Berlin wall Now the crash of the American lie You have illusion on your side, dead Jew on Golgotha Watched you map out your destruction You called it revelation Superstition creates your future Paganism with a science book is true salvation... |
