Washed out by cruelty Didn''t even have a diamond on my finger Automobile and bar bills Did little fix up jobs Making money pounding nails Starhood days are long past Got me a woman Had to do some driving Keep on moving Looking for the secret life Lost the keys to my heart, got fatigued Went flying back to mommy and the garret Later rescued by a famous friend He needed me to stand in stead While he was busy breaking hearts I just called him Buddy Running off into another world People were dying at a young age Heartbreaks, drugs and disease Even some suicide Not to mention a bullet or two Judgement was just beginning Mental disease sinking in ... |
