I wander lonely in the crowd Bereft of all connection Rare indeed the fertile furrow ploughed With such insense of all direction. I know I don''t know where I''m bound Nor recall quite how I got here The past''s a trammel of broken ground Ahead it seems too coarse to steer. But no trajectory of solo flight Will ever touch down in fields of foison When all of its propellant might Pumps from a heart of misanthropic poison. I don''t much like me And still less like you My apparent human being kin I''m disappointed and perhaps jealous too As I see you digging in.... |
